About Us

My Story

With over two decades of experience in Aboriginal health, community services, and systems reform, I bring a grounded, trauma-informed, and culturally safe approach to every project and partnership. My work is deeply informed by lived experience with domestic violence, which shapes my commitment to authentic, real-world support for others navigating trauma and systemic barriers. My career spans leadership roles in program and policy development, project management, and direct community engagement—always with a focus on real-world outcomes and lasting change.

What I bring

  • Extensive experience leading and managing programs across Aboriginal health, housing, and community development
  • Strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery from concept to implementation
  • Policy analysis and advocacy with a strong understanding of government and community systems
  • Lived experience with domestic violence, informing all aspects of my trauma-informed practice
  • Lifelong commitment to learning, with qualifications in psychology, training and assessment, project management, and international studies
  • Trauma-informed and culturally sensitive practice at the core of all services

My Approach

I work alongside communities, organisations, and individuals to co-design solutions that honour lived experience, agency, and cultural context. Whether facilitating workshops, developing new models of care, or driving reconciliation initiatives, I am committed to practical, no-nonsense support that makes a difference on the ground.

Let’s Connect

If you’re seeking a collaborative, values-driven partner for Aboriginal health, systems change, trauma-informed program development, or advocacy, I’m ready to help you move from ideas to action.

I acknowledge the Narungga Peoples, the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which I live and work, and pay my deepest respects to Elders past, present, and emerging.

I also acknowledge all Traditional Custodians across Australia, honoring the enduring spiritual connection to Country, waters, sky, and all living beings.

I recognise that sovereignty was never ceded. I honour the wisdom, resilience, and ongoing contributions of First Nations peoples, and I commit to walking respectfully and reciprocally alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. This means listening deeply, learning humbly, and upholding respect and reciprocity—recognising that true partnership is built on shared care for Country and community.
